Working is one of the most important conditions of success. Big projects are the product of hard work. In addition, establishing the right strategies, taking the right steps at the right time and making a very good analysis stand out as important factors on the way to success.

Doğan Grup Gayrimenkul Akaryakıt Yapı İnşaat Ltd. Şti. was established in Ankara in 1988. Şti. is a company that constructs smart buildings suitable for today's conditions and structures over 100.000 m2 annually by making use of all the possibilities of technology and keeping safety and modern lines in the forefront, in the projects it carries out with its expert engineer team.

The dynamic structure of the space is of great importance in architectural design. From a neuroaesthetic point of view, the way housing is constructed can affect how people feel. The thing that excites us the most in our work is building the houses that people dream of and that meet their expectations and preferences.

The construction industry is advancing simultaneously with a renewable world view. Firms in the sector, their work, "How should the house that people want to have in the modern age should be?" should continue to answer the question. This is our priority in our projects.

Being capable of responding to new demands with an innovative world view, producing projects that are almost works of art and on a global scale will contribute to the development of the sector. In the construction sector, the increase in urbanization due to the population agglomeration in the cities, the increase in the need for housing in parallel with the social and cultural changes, the expectation of an increase in the quality of housing in accordance with the earthquake regulations, the urban transformation renewal applications for the restructuring of the cities and the reason why one of the best investment tools in our country is real estate. I am of the opinion that the construction sector will gain a serious momentum in the coming years in line with our predictions.
